During a fight with George Underwood one of his close friends, Bowie was left with a permanently dilated left pupil after George punched him in the left eye. (The fight was over a girl, typically). However, even after the fight, David Bowie and George remain good friends to an extent that George was the one behind the cover artwork for the albums Ziggy Stardust and Hunky Dory.

    Remember woman whispering.., is that him.., when I went to see it at Spectrum in Albany. He wasn’t on screen very long.
